Our 2010 Charlotte race tours and travel packages include phenomenal race
tickets for the NASCAR Banking 500 Sprint Cup Series race, deluxe hotel
accommodations, roundtrip track transfers via luxury motor coach and so much
more. We have an option for Nationwide Series tickets Friday evening. We
even offer a Friday Race Shops Tour and a Speedway Club VIP package as the
perfect additions to your race weekend. You can also visit the brand new

Charlotte Race Tickets:
Excellent tickets for the Nationwide & Sprint Cup races are located in the
GM Grandstand in various sections on the front stretch directly across from
pit road and near the start/finish line in rows 25-38. You can also
upgrade to the Ford Veranda seats that are directly across from the pit road
exit in rows 32-37. These seats are available only to Speedway Club
members (which we are) and provide exclusive access to upscale concessions
and rest rooms and are stadium style individual folding chair seats. You
can view the entire track from any of our seats.
Hotels:
Nestled in the flourishing city of Charlotte and surrounded by the
breathtaking beauty of North Carolina, the Charlotte Marriott Executive
Park, a deluxe full service hotel, is the ideal setting for productive
meetings and a relaxing stay. The Charlotte Marriott Executive Park offers
superior luxury accommodations, amenities and services, along with the
Marriott tradition of a detail-oriented and courteous staff. This hotel has
a smoke-free policy.Enjoy dinner and drinks in the hotel's Birch Restaurant
& Bar, relax by the indoor/outdoor pool, work out in the exercise room,
detox at the jacuzzi or stay in touch in the business center. The Marriott
is located off I-77 at exit #5 and is just 18 miles from the Charlotte Motor
Speedway. Complimentary airport shuttle is available.

VIP Package:
The VIP Package includes a upscale buffet lunch and drinks in the
prominent and exclusive Speedway Club (see description below)
overlooking the track Friday or Saturday (choose one) as well as pit
passes (the opening and closing schedule of pit road is determined by
NASCAR on race weekends, see description below). This is the perfect way to
complete your race package. If you are looking to rub elbows with some of
the most important and influential people in motor racing, then this package
is the one for you!
Pre-race Pit Access:
The weekend Pit Access Pass is a one day pass good prior to race time
on Saturday (please note that NASCAR controls the opening and closing of pit
road and scheduling may or may not allow for Friday pit access) . This pass
will give you access to pit road, not the garage area. Please note that
NASCAR rules state that you must be 16 years of age and a dress code
applies. Generally open toe shoes, tank or halter tops, short pants and
coolers are not allowed on pit road. This is subject to interpretation by
the security guards at the access gate. Weather could also be a factor in
determining the availability of pit road. (We
can not be responsible if for any reason you are not able to take a pit road
tour.)
Speedway Club (Friday or Saturday):
The Speedway Club meal packages for dinner on Friday or Sunday
include admission to the exclusive Speedway Club overlooking Lowes
Motor Speedway, a fabulous buffet including prime rib and many other
tantalizing items, salad bar and desert bars, alcoholic and non-alcoholic
beverages during your meal, and the ambiance of a beautiful club
environment. You may enjoy the Speedway Club as long as you wish after
dining; however, each seating for lasts for 45 minutes. There is also a
lounge area, souvenir stores, art galleries and an informal dining area that
you can enjoy. This is an excellent addition to anyone looking for a
slightly more upscale version of a race weekend.
Race Shop Tour:
Our Race Shop Tour option includes a 5 hour tour of sightseeing race
shops and the local areas of interest in the racing rich community on
Friday prior to the Nationwide Series race. We'll depart by deluxe
motorcoach early this morning for visits to the following race shops:
Hendrick Motorsports, Joe Gibbs Racing and Penske Racing South (tentative
and subject to change). We'll also drive by Dale Earnhardt Inc., Ganassi,
Roush Racing and others. We'll stop for lunch (included) at Lancaster's BBQ
in Mooresville. Lancaster's is one of the most popular restaurants for crew
members and fans alike. If you would like to get a close up and in depth
view of what goes on behide closed (garage) doors, the Race Shops Tour is
the perfect option to add to your tour package!
Hospitality (Saturday):
The SpeedZone Hospitality package includes admission into the SpeedZone
hospitality tent at Lowes Motor Speedway and a pre-race pit pass prior to
the Bank of America 500 race. Enjoy snacks and a meal along with unlimited
sodas and water while participating in pre-race games, entertainment and
prize drawings inside the tent. Also included is a cash bar for guests 21
or older. The pre-race pit pass allows access onto pit road prior to the
Bank of America 500 race but does not allow access into the garage area.
NASCAR states you must be 16 years of age or older to enter pit road. Time
restrictions apply and a dress code is enforced. Typically long pants,
closed toe shoes and covered shoulders are required to enter the pit road
area. It is up to NASCAR's discretion as to who can enter depending on age
or dress code interpretation. Pit road access is also weather and time
permitted.
Itinerary:
Thursday: You will arrive at our host hotel, the
Marriott - Executive Park. (Friday arrivals are also available). First
round Sprint Cup Series and Nationwide Series qualifying will be held at the
track today. Track transfers are not provided.
Friday: We will depart from the Marriott in the
early afternoon by deluxe motorcoach for the night time running of the
Nationwide Series race at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Sprint Cup Series
practice sessions are prior to the Nationwide Series race today. Track
transfers are included for today, however, the Nationwide Series tickets are
optional. For those of you participating in the Race
Shops Tour prior to the Nationwide Series race, we will depart the Marriott
in the early morning for a three shop stop and lunch before returning to the
hotel for the Speedway departure.
Saturday: We will depart in the early afternoon by
deluxe motorcoach for our hassle free trip to Charlotte Motor Speedway for
the night time running of the NASCAR Banking 500 Sprint Cup Series race- the
only night race in the Chase for the Championship! We will have you back to
the hotel hassle free soon after the race is over.
